# SecuraWall MailFlow

> Cloud Secure Email Gateway and Backup MX services operated by Doz Teknoloji. Keep existing mailboxes while protecting incoming email or temporarily queuing accepted email during receiving-server outages.

Choose one base service per domain. Email Security includes Backup MX continuity; standalone Backup MX provides secondary outage queuing without content scanning or personal quarantine. Neither base service provides hosted mailboxes, outage webmail or an archive of delivered messages.

SMTP Relay is one optional monthly subscription per customer account. It covers every domain in that account with an active Package 1 or Package 2. A domain without an active base package cannot send. No separate relay subscription is needed per domain. Approval, authorized credentials, TLS, sender authentication and quotas apply.

Base packages are billed per domain per calendar month. SMTP Relay is billed once per customer account per month. Renewals are manual. Prices and service limits come from the live Gate catalog; checkout confirms the payable amount, currency and service period. Do not treat previously quoted prices as permanent. Queue lifetime is distinct from quarantine retention; encoded attachments and headers count toward message-size limits. Storage is finite and shared.

Base services activate after payment and required setup. SMTP Relay requires administrator approval, usually within 45 minutes. DNS and receiving-server settings affect when mail starts flowing. Security checks depend on enabled policies, scanner readiness, supported formats and resource limits. Destination SMTP acceptance is not proof of inbox placement.
