Data and purposes

Account, contact, billing, transaction, ticket and security records support service delivery, payment reconciliation, assistance, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Contract performance, legal duties, protection of rights and legitimate interests may provide grounds under KVKK Article 5; separate consent is obtained where required.

SecuraWall processes message bodies, attachments, envelope addresses and delivery metadata to receive, temporarily queue and forward email. Filtering depends on the selected package and enabled controls. Domain administrators must be authorized to configure this processing; account administration and customer-controlled email processing have different roles.

Recipients and transfers

Necessary data may reach hosting, DNS/security, payment, communications, accounting providers and authorized authorities. Hosting, DNS/security and payment service providers support this service. Infrastructure may process data outside Türkiye; transfers require an applicable Article 9 basis and safeguards. Ask us about relevant arrangements.

Retention and rights

Retention follows processing needs and statutory duties. You may request information, correction, qualifying erasure, recipient notification, objection to exclusively automated adverse decisions and compensation under Article 11. Send an identifiable request to proje@dozteknoloji.com.

Queue retention is up to 14 days; retries are approximately every 3 minutes; the complete encoded message limit is 50 MiB. Delivered mail leaves the delivery queue. Queue storage is separate from operational backups and legally required business records. This privacy notice does not request blanket consent.
