Optional: SMTP Relay add-on for outbound delivery. Not included in this base price.
OPTIONAL ADD-ON · FOR PACKAGE 1 OR 2
SMTP Relay
When your mail server’s sending IP causes delivery problems, use an approved alternative outbound route through SecuraWall. Keep your incoming package and existing mailboxes.
USD 25.00 / domain / month · additional to your base package
Active Package 1 or 2 required for the same domain.
Administrator approval, authorized server credentials, TLS and verified SPF. DKIM signing is optional and recommended.
Customer/domain/connection quotas and outgoing security controls apply.
No incoming protection is added to Backup MX. Inbox placement and blocklist removal are not guaranteed.
You can select this add-on when purchasing either base package. Renewals remain manual and independent.

Condition
What applies
Sending
SMTP Relay is billed in addition to active Package 1 or 2 for the same domain and requires approval and authorized server credentials. Recipient quotas apply per minute, hour and day; obtain your allocation before purchasing. Unlimited sending is not included.
Storage
Shared finite service capacity. Confirm customer/global limits and personal quarantine allocation; a domain price is not a reserved disk allocation.
Quarantine
Mailbox users share their primary and alias allocation. Personal overflow stays held for IT review and is hidden from personal access; it is not automatically delivered. Server/customer storage safeguards are separate.
Upgrade / downgrade
An active-period upgrade keeps the end date, with the new package price at the next manual renewal. Downgrades apply at the paid-period end.
Renewal
Manual calendar-month renewal, no automatic card charge. Reminders begin three days before expiry. After the applicable base-service grace period, base acceptance/delivery can pause. Relay expiry stops new submissions; already accepted outbound messages keep their normal delivery lifecycle.
Invoice / currency
Checkout confirms currency and exact amount before payment. Keep the order/receipt for the captured price and service period; public current prices do not rewrite historic receipts.
Checkout confirms the payable currency and amount. Turkish-issued cards use an explicitly accepted TRY quote; payment provider restrictions may apply. Reminder emails begin three days before expiry. An unpaid base subscription is suspended after the 24-hour grace period. Each domain has one base package; an optional SMTP Relay add-on has its own price, service period and manual renewal. Check dates in My orders because reminder delivery is not guaranteed.
Current plan: up to 14 days in the delivery queue; retries approximately every 3 minutes; maximum complete encoded message 50 MiB (52,428,800 bytes). Attachments grow when encoded. A domain may have a lower message limit.
No per-message charge or advertised message-count cap. Storage is finite and shared: there is no unlimited disk allocation or reserved per-domain capacity. Acceptance remains subject to available resources, active service and configured security policies.
A destination SMTP acceptance removes the message from the delivery queue; it does not prove delivery to an inbox. Temporary 4xx failures are retried within the remaining lifetime. Permanent 5xx failures normally end that delivery attempt with a failure notification. These notifications can themselves fail.
Undelivered mail expires after the configured lifetime, including time spent paused. Quarantined mail is removed at its retention deadline. Confirmed domain deletion permanently purges queued and held messages. If a queued message has recipients in multiple domains, deleting it removes it for every pending recipient. Delivered, expired or deleted messages are not a customer archive.
