Service and purchase
SecuraWall provides Backup MX and Email Protection services, with an optional SMTP Relay add-on. Hosted mailboxes and permanent email archiving are not included. The price shown at checkout, selected currency, payment result and paid service period govern each order. Payments use a card payment provider; renewals are manual; your card is not charged automatically.
Service limits
Queue retention is up to 14 days; retries are approximately every 3 minutes; the complete encoded message limit is 50 MiB. Unlimited message count remains subject to available storage. SMTP acceptance by a destination does not guarantee inbox placement. Filtering and sender policy can reject mail. DNS ownership, MX validity, destination safety and account/service status control acceptance and delivery.
Expiry and responsibilities
Renewal reminders begin three days before expiry. An unpaid service pauses after the 24-hour grace period. Keep an independent reachable account email, correct ownership TXT, backup MX records and safe delivery targets. Customers control their primary servers, recipient validation and permission to process mail.
Acceptable use and limitations
Unauthorized access, impersonation, malware, spam and abusive resource use are prohibited. Technical descriptions do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete data preservation or absolute security. Additional availability commitments require a written agreement. Mandatory statutory rights remain applicable.
Content, providers and applicable law
Site content and branding remain subject to intellectual-property rights. Third-party links and systems have separate terms. Turkish law applies, subject to mandatory customer protections and competent authorities determined by law. Future changes are published here; accepted payment records remain separate.
