Scope

This policy covers securawall.com, its portal, checkout and support communications. The KVKK notice explains personal-data rights and the responsible operator.

Essential browser storage

The gate_session cookie maintains the session and request protection. It is Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Strict; login and two-step verification depend on it. Server-side session expiry governs access. Cloudflare may use security cookies depending on the protection enabled.

Technical data and external services

IP addresses, request and security events help operate and protect the service. Card details entered for payment are transmitted to the payment provider for processing; payment-history records contain transaction references and currency quotes, not stored card numbers or CVV. A bank authentication page may apply its own privacy rules.

This package adds no advertising trackers, Google Analytics or nonessential tracking cookies. When server-managed Google Web Risk Lookup is enabled for protected links, checked URLs (including paths and query parameters) are transmitted to Google for phishing, malware and unwanted-software reputation checks. URL parameters can contain personal information or access tokens. SecuraWall does not send the email body, attachment, sender, recipient or protected-link token as separate API fields. No local URL lookup history is retained; only aggregate usage counters are stored. Google processes requests under its applicable Cloud terms. Links to WhatsApp, Doz Teknoloji or other external sites are subject to those providers’ policies when followed.

Choices and retention

You can clear or block browser cookies; doing so may sign you out or prevent you from completing checkout. Nonessential tracking, if introduced, requires an updated policy and any consent mechanism required by applicable law.
