Service & Confidentiality Commitment

Purpose and confidentiality

Customer information is used for the contracted service, support and necessary legal duties. Access is limited to authorized personnel and suppliers who need it to provide the service. Customer messages are not offered for sale or used for advertising.

Service controls

SecuraWall uses HTTPS portal access, authenticated accounts, configurable malware scanning, optional two-step verification, request checks, domain ownership checks and customer-scoped queues. SMTP transport encryption depends on peer support. These measures reduce risk but do not establish absolute security or end-to-end message encryption.

Secrets and support

Do not place passwords, recovery codes, private keys or card security codes in tickets or ordinary email. Supply only the diagnostic details needed for support. Changes and service incidents are reviewed using available operational records; required incident coordination and notices depend on applicable law and contractual obligations.

Retention, deletion and shared responsibility

Queue retention is up to 14 days; retries are approximately every 3 minutes; the complete encoded message limit is 50 MiB. Queued mail is temporary; infrastructure backups have a separate lifecycle. Deleting an account or domain can permanently purge associated queues, tickets and operational records. Customers must preserve needed information before requesting deletion.

Keep primary mail servers available, protect account credentials and maintain DNS records. This public commitment does not replace a separately executed NDA, data-processing agreement or service-level agreement. Contact us to define additional requirements.
