PRODUCT UPDATES
What’s new
Each release is organized into Performance, Security and Design. Older release notes describe how the product worked at the time. Later releases may change that behavior.
Current release: v4.9.263. Latest release: .
v4.9.203 · Stable message dates and separate queue observations
Performance
Delivery history remains paginated at 20 rows and uses existing scoped records; no new content collection or downloads.
Security
Includes the Office rejection priority fix. Existing owner, registration and package boundaries are preserved. Rejected messages retain no body or attachments.
Design
Admin and IT delivery history uses stable message dates. Actual SMTP attempts, queue events and latest observations are shown separately. Missing archive notices reflect the recorded delivery state.
v4.9.202 · Explicit Office macro and incomplete-analysis actions
Performance
Reuses the existing bounded local VBA scanner. Policy saves and page views do not analyze message contents or download packages.
Security
Server defaults and scoped domain overrides offer Accept, Quarantine or Reject for macro presence, suspicious heuristics and incomplete analysis. Existing actions are preserved; Office-policy quarantine requires IT review and antivirus rescan. Backup MX remains excluded.
Design
Admin and IT Office settings share the existing horizontal workspace and confirmed Save feedback. Shared message details show the selected Office policy separately from raw analysis results.
v4.9.201 · Bounded Office VBA observation
Performance
Memory-only Office analysis uses at most two parser processes, bounded files and a short per-message timeout. No new signature downloads.
Security
Incoming protected recipients only with Antispam enabled; Backup MX, local notifications and authenticated sending are excluded. Macro presence, static indicators and failures remain separate zero-score observations.
Design
Office macro analysis status in Admin and IT protection workspaces, with recorded results in shared delivery and quarantine message details.
v4.9.200 · Scoped SSH, SMTP and portal intrusion protection
Performance
Credential-free authentication events are collected in bounded one-minute batches. Web sign-in restrictions use a local atomic snapshot without privileged request-time lookups.
Security
Separate Brute Force Protection areas protect new SSH connections, authorized SMTP authentication and portal sign-in. Incoming SMTP on port 25 is excluded. No operator IP exception is added; native setup controls use reserved test addresses.
Design
Admin intrusion protection settings, restriction removal and history share a horizontal workspace. IT administrators receive a read-only view of recognized authentication failures belonging to their customer registration.
v4.9.199 · Envelope senders for held and queued delivery history
Performance
Collects bounded sender metadata in the existing staged queue batches, without opening message bodies or adding per-message privileged calls.
Security
Sender observations are bound to the current owner, registration, recipient and queue instance; null senders remain distinct from unavailable metadata. Existing 90-day observation retention applies.
Design
Admin and IT Delivery history can show envelope senders for held messages before a qmgr delivery attempt, and retain that metadata after the queue ledger is removed.
v4.9.198 · Unified security settings and accurate update scheduling
Performance
Reuses the request-scoped scanner report; bounded read-only timer queries do not start downloads or services.
Security
Existing Advanced Threat Signatures actions, package scope, permissions and independent CSRF-protected save operations are preserved.
Design
Advanced Threat Signatures scanner and actions share one tab; file-type rules sit inside Antivirus. Next-update display reads monotonic and calendar timer schedules and distinguishes inactive, running and unavailable states.
v4.9.197 · Advanced Threat Signatures actions and compact domain DNS
Performance
Serial signature updates enforce a two-hour interval after failed attempts as well as successful publication; page views and policy saves never download signatures.
Security
Protected-domain Advanced Threat Signatures policies support observation, scoring, quarantine and rejection with current owner/package checks and IT review for elevated-risk release. Existing observer defaults remain unchanged until saved.
Design
Admin and IT workspaces show Advanced Threat Signatures actions, compact ownership TXT and MX values, and file-type controls immediately after Antivirus.
v4.9.196 · Collect cleanup-stage SMTP rejections
Performance
Handles cleanup-stage rejection metadata in the existing collector without resetting its cursor.
Security
Captures SMTP service cleanup Milter rejections; bounded root-only repair imports one verified current-registration queue instance without message contents.
Design
Previously missed DATA-stage rejections can appear in the existing Delivery history and Security results view.
v4.9.195 · Unified delivery history and SMTP rejection evidence
Performance
Unified SQL pagination for delivery events, queue observations and SMTP rejection attempts with scoped indexes.
Security
Explicit SMTP rejection metadata and exact queue-instance scan matching; no rejected message bodies or attachments retained.
Design
Admin and IT view rejected mail in Delivery history; Security results is inside View rather than a separate statistics tab.
v4.9.194 · Advanced Threat Signatures portal status and observation controls
Performance
Bounded local observer status checks; no scans or signature downloads from page views.
Security
Administrator-only observation switch with configuration rollback; retained signature names are restricted to safe unofficial identifiers. Signed repository freshness fix included.
Design
Advanced Threat Signatures status in administrator and protected-domain IT workspaces; matched signatures in shared message security details.
v4.9.193 · Isolated Advanced Threat Signatures observation rollout
Performance
Separate bounded observer scanner, two-hour signature refresh and a 16 MiB observation limit. Production capacity still requires measurement.
Security
Opt-in monitor with pinned GPG publisher verification, staged generations and protected-recipient scope. Main antivirus actions and Backup MX content bypass remain separate.
Design
Delivery security details label additional Advanced Threat Signatures matches, unavailable scans and size exclusions as observation results.
v4.9.192 · Explicit domain protection decisions
Performance
Delivery, Antispam, identity, content and attachment-type forms save independently within the existing AJAX workspaces.
Security
Scoped SPF/reputation/rDNS rejection, sender patterns, spam/probable/bulk actions and content quarantine. Global controls remain admin-only; Backup MX bypass and release rescans are preserved.
Design
Antispam tab between Antivirus and SMTP identity; greylisting moved inside Antispam; conditional subject Prefix/Suffix fields and a file-type policy tab.
v4.9.191 · Live local service observations and public incident management
Performance
Public observations refresh every 60 seconds without full-page reload or authenticated session renewal.
Security
Fixed local read-only probes, stale-to-Unknown handling, 90-day sampled history and admin-only reviewed public notice publication. No external uptime claims.
Design
Overall status, six service cards, daily observation bars, maintenance/incident details and admin publication controls.
v4.9.190 · Safari-compatible public navigation
Performance
Release-specific public asset URLs prevent older cached menu assets from mixing with new markup.
Security
No changes to mail policies, permissions or saved service settings.
Design
Replace nested details with button-controlled, accessible dropdowns. Preserve removal of unpublished purchase placeholders.
v4.9.189 · Hover navigation and isolated dropdown layout
Performance
No separate change recorded in this category.
Security
Existing service settings are preserved.
Design
Desktop pointer hover opens a single dropdown; pointer exit closes it. Dropdown links use independent block rows; mobile retains tap expansion.
v4.9.188 · Remove unpublished purchase placeholders
Performance
No separate change recorded in this category.
Security
Missing operator facts remain unpublished without invented service claims.
Design
Hide unpublished infrastructure and support rows and empty tables instead of purchase-confirmation placeholders.
v4.9.187 · Readable and predictable public navigation
Performance
No separate change recorded in this category.
Security
Mail routing, package permissions and saved settings are unchanged.
Design
Only one public dropdown opens at a time. Outside click and Escape close menus; mobile submenus expand in flow. Explicit contrasting text, hover and focus colors.
v4.9.186 · Buyer clarity, operations and public service observations
Performance
One comparison and compact related navigation replace repeated page sections. Release history is deduplicated and paged.
Security
Fresh root-published local service states expire to Unknown; only public-safe fields are exposed. Runtime entitlements, SMTP policy and retention settings are preserved.
Design
Grouped navigation, compact signup summary, fixed trust row, deployment/procurement guides, synthetic guided demo and anonymized controlled-test evidence.
v4.9.185 · Cloud benefits and infrastructure trust banner
Performance
No separate change recorded in this category.
Security
Cloudflare web protection and OVHcloud network Anti-DDoS are labeled as separate infrastructure layers.
Design
The first homepage banner highlights simple setup, cloud delivery, no appliance and outage queuing in every package, with local provider logos.
v4.9.184 · Cloud service presentation and current release history
Performance
Release information shares one packaged source for visible history and structured data.
Security
No separate change recorded in this category.
Design
Cloud service cards, easy setup, package comparison and infrastructure provider logos; release notes grouped by Performance, Security and Design.
