Secondary MX, temporary queuing during destination outages and automatic delivery on recovery. No mailbox pre-check, AntiSpam, Antivirus, content inspection or quarantine.
Primary MX gateway with configurable AntiSpam, Antivirus, sender-domain checks and quarantine. Publish only gate.securawall.com and configure a separate manual receiving target. Queuing and recovery remain included.
Add authorized outbound delivery to either Package 1 or 2 for the same domain. Separate add-on pricing, approval, server credentials, quotas, TLS and verified SPF apply. Customer-domain DKIM signing is optional and recommended. Incoming protection remains determined by the base package.
By the SecuraWall team · Updated · Operational guidance, not a delivery guarantee.
Keep primary MX records and add the less-preferred SecuraWall MX. Mail received through this route waits while the destination is unavailable and is delivered on recovery. No antivirus, spam, content inspection or quarantine is applied.
Email Protection includes queuing and delivery retries, with SecuraWall as the only published MX. Save and verify the real server as a manual delivery target before removing other MX records. Enabled spam, antivirus, identity and content policies plus quarantine apply to gateway traffic. Direct delivery to your real server can still bypass the gateway unless that server restricts it.
SMTP Relay is a separately paid add-on for an active Package 1 or 2 on the same domain. Approval, an enabled device account and authorized sender domains are required. Verify sender SPF before payment. Customer DKIM signing is optional and recommended.
Choose base Package 1 or 2 per domain. SMTP Relay is an optional add-on, not an upgrade of the base. Choose any higher package during the active period without an immediate charge; the next renewal uses its monthly price. Changes to any lower package and cancellation take effect at the paid period end. Remove outbound client routes before discontinuing SMTP Relay.
